You are bound to have an awesome time at this bar! Please note – it is not for the family! 21 and older please! Think Hawaiian shirts mixed with rockabilly pin-up style, and then add nudity!! The Golden Tiki is unlike any place that we’ve ever been. As much as this is for adults only, there is some childish charm – there are artifacts from Disneyland in the bar, as well as props that honor Disney. You will see reminders of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, and Indiana Jones all throughout. You just might say this spot is like Disneyland for adults. (We, as adults, still love Disneyland too though!
Located in a strip mall called The Center at Spring Mountain in Chinatown, this bar is only a few miles from the strip, and is definitely worth the uber drive. Its misleading outward appearance will certainly throw you off, but don’t be deceived, once you walk in, you will be transported to a fun atmosphere. The ceiling reminds us of the Peter Pan ride at Disneyland…it’s a dark night sky with stars, and occasionally you will see a shooting star! In true Las Vegas fashion, Golden Tiki is open 24 hours a day, but reservations are recommended.
All décor is incredibly unique, but if you’re a Tiki Bar fanatic, you might see similarities with the Tonga Hut in Palm Springs and the Mission Tiki Drive-In Theater in Monclair. Why you ask? Designer Tiki Diablo designed all three places!
While at this awesome bar, we recommend that you do the following:
~ Have a couple of drinks! Every drink is delicious, and the drinks are on a dot system indicating the alcohol strength! You can add shots of fire to any drink, and you have the option to get your very own souvenir Tiki mug. Our favorite drinks are:
…./….World Famous Painkiller – First created in the British Virgin Islands, this beverage contains Pusser’s rum, pineapple dole whip, fresh orange, pineapple & coconut cream, and is topped with fresh ground nutmeg. This drink is 4/4 dots!
…/….Banana Batida – Cachaca, banana liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, & dole whip. It’s a Hawaiian version of a Brazilian classic. This drink is 3/4 dots!
../….Piranha Punch – Made with Anejo rum, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon, pineapple, orange, and strawberry puree. This drink has 2/4 dots!
~ Try Mermaid Lisa’s Hot tots, Sticky Fingers, and the Tiki chips and dip. Trust us…you will want all of them, and likely more than one order.

~ Channel your inner Ariel and take a photo in one of Las Vegas’ most popular photo opp spots…the giant love-seat clam!

~ Take the Cock Walk – Yes, you read right…the cock walk, and we don’t mean the bird. We will just let your imagination wander on this one. You gotta experience it for yourself.
~ Check out the bathrooms even if you don’t have to go. Wallpapers are covered in boobs and penises, and genitalia memorabilia is throughout. These restrooms remind us of what we envision the Playboy mansion rooms may have looked like in the 60s and 70s.
So basically, if you want a good, fun, and certainly unique time, try this place out. It’s not possible to not have a good time here. Get out of your comfort zone, have a rum-infused dole whip, and feel the tropical adult vibes! You can also catch a game on TV, occasionally see a live performance, and gamble at this spot as well.
